Very clean salon, great staff! Brittany has groomed my standard poodles for several years and always gets them looking their best!
The staff was very friendly. Because it is a small business, I can take my dog that wants to be friends with every dog in the world, in for a nail trimming without a huge hassle. Very efficient time wise when nail trimming.
Brought my father's Pomeranian in for a summer groom and asked for a short teddy bear style. They fit us in the next day, which was very convenient. The grooming included a bath and nail trim, and they carefully used scissors instead of shaving so his undercoat was preserved. They listened to every detail I requested and the cut came out exactly right. The shop was easy to locate, cutely decorated, and very professional. Max came out happy and excited. Very satisfied with the experience.
Quincy and Colby did an amazing job on my two pups! they were happy when i picked them up and they look adorable. clean facility and kind patient staff ... totally recommend !!!
Very friendly people and they did a great job grooming my Chihuahua mix. He's a nervous dog but they were even able to trim his nails!! Definitely will be going back, you can tell they love dogs there.
I was disappointed when my last groomer moved and I had to search for another. Turned out to be a blessing in disguise. We love Quincy and Cody at Dog Crafters. A fabulous shop that feels like home, a happy atmosphere and it's apparent they love their job and excellent at it. Thrilled with them and highly recommend. My 60 lb Labradoodle, Legolas is a big baby. He feels at home at that makes me even happier.
I HIGHLY recommend Quincy at Dog Crafters in St Pete. He worked magic and gave my 3 pups a much needed refresh. His attention to detail and great listening skills eased my mind after I tried out other groomers in the area and wasn't completely satisfied. He made sure to ask questions for clarity and really understand what I was looking for out of a grooming visit, and fully followed through. Not only did he call to update me on their progress, he also took his time to ensure it was perfect and just the way I wanted and it did not feel rushed. My dogs were happy and smelled amazing when I picked them up- and were incredibly soft! His de-shedding skills proved to be excellent on my yellow lab. I'm super impressed and so grateful to have found an awesome groomer in a perfect location!!! The bows and bandanas are also the cutest added touch. Not to mention, the decor inside is adorable and very clean! I will definitely be taking my dogs to him regularly from here on out. Thanks so much, Quincy!
Wow, what an experience! I asked around for a good local groomer and Dog Crafters came highly recommended. There is a groomer within walking distance to my apartment, but these guys came so highly recommended, I figured it was worth giving them a try. Best groomer I have used in years! I have a 14 year old long haired chihuahua and I like to give him a bit of a shorter hairstyle in the summer. Many groomers fail to get the look right, but Dog Crafters did stunning job!! My little guy was so proud when I picked him up. We will be back regularly. Thank you Dog Crafters for your services and the welcoming environment!
