Dog Crafters is a single salon at 3330 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. St. N, in the Allendale area of Saint Petersburg. We're not a chain and we're not mobile — every dog comes to us here, which is what lets us keep proper tubs, dryers and tables for the coats that need them.
Plenty of our clients drive in from around Pinellas County. Grooming is a standing appointment rather than a one-off errand, so people travel further for it than they would for a coffee. Below is an honest list of how far we are from each town, so you can decide whether we're worth the trip.

Do you come to me, or is this a mobile grooming service?
We're a salon, not a mobile service. Dogs come to us at the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. St. N address. That means a full setup — proper tubs, dryers and tables — which is what makes de-shedding and dematting work practical.
How far will people actually drive for grooming?
Further than for most errands, because a groomer is a recurring appointment and trust matters. Most of our clients come from Saint Petersburg and the towns within about ten miles — Gulfport, Kenneth City, Pinellas Park, Seminole and the beaches. Past Largo you'd be driving by a lot of other salons, and we'd rather tell you that than pretend otherwise.
